This project began with the research of both the interior and exteriors of warehouses and shopping spaces that I gravitate towards, aesthetically. I found that I wanted to design a warehouse that has an exaggerated verticality, open floor plan and primarily wood and white brick materials. The goal was to create a modern place that suites the products being sold. The name Transcend came from the concept of elevating someone’s look through make up. So, I went a more ethereal and bright approach.

Casework

Here is a closer look of the second casework family that I created. This is a makeup display case that also includes the name of the warehouse. This was done to make the Transcend branding more visible.

This is the first casework feature that I made in Revit. This is a reception desk that includes the warehouse logo as well as bright lighting that draws the customers to the check-out area.

This is a side elevation of the reception desk. This showcases the storage behind the desk.

This is another makeup display case that has a similar look to the first display casework. I wanted to maintain the arches around the shelving but I also looked to adding some unique design qualities as well. The goal is to have a cohesive look but not identical. This product includes the Transcend logo, several arched decals, marble and wooden features, as well as bright lighting.

Shown is a makeup display table that was designed to have similar curved features and varied shelving heights for display purposes.
